1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jobraket, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account.

• Candidates: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your professional experience and qualifications.
• Employers: You agree that you are an authorized representative of your company and that all job listings posted are legitimate, current openings.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users of Jobraket agree not to:

• Post any fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Charge job seekers any fees for applying to a job.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for third-party use.
• Upload resumes containing false educational or professional claims.
• Use candidate contact information for marketing purposes unrelated to hiring.

4. Employer Subscriptions & Payments

Employers may purchase subscription packages to post jobs and unlock candidate resumes. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Job post quotas and resume unlock limits expire at the end of the billing cycle as stated in the package details.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
